چکیده

Microcirculation disorders caused by thrombosis are the most important factor determining pathogenesis of organ damage in severe COVID-19 including absence obvious macrohemodynamic instability. However, there very few publications demonstrating results intravital visualization changes microcirculation system this disease. The objective: to assess state patients with viral pneumonia associated using nail bed microscopy. Subjects and methods. Eleven were examined; they admitted intensive care unit due progressing acute respiratory failure. Vital microscopy microcirculatory bloodstream fingers’ was performed admission over time. When assessing microcirculation, presence aggregates lumen capillaries avascular zones, linear velocity blood flow taken into account. summarized taking outcome consideration (6 people recovered, 5 died). Results. objectively confirmed all patients. In 100% cases, microaggregates detected capillary lumen. values mean turned out be extremely variable. maximum velocities who subsequently died significantly lower versus survivors (190 μm/sec (135.5; 237) 387 (329.3; 407.5), p = 0.018). irregularity visualized field revealed: when value some less than 180 µm/sec, others, disturbances form pendulum-like movement already noted. Further slowing down led development stasis formation zones. Conclusion. Impaired (decreased rate capillaries, a number perfused zones) develops COVID-19.
